We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to customle in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was defective or damaged upon arrival.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective item for the same product, please email us at support@customle.com and send your item to the address below.

customleCustomers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
At customle, we stand by the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty for all of our custom cases.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If your case develops an issue related to its craftsmanship or materials, we will replace it free of charge.
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Warranty replacements will be for the same phone type and design as the original order. Phone models or designs cannot be changed under this warranty.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@customle.com with your order information and details of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective case. We will send a replacement of the same phone model and design at no cost for the case itself; however, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
